There seems to be a yellow band round the bottom of the US flag tonight at the Task Force meeting. Does anyone know what that means?

It wasn't a fringe, can only guess at width as about 4 inches wide on (probably) 3 sides. I tuned in a few minutes before the Task Force meeting started, when it was clearly visible and caught my eye. Do any anons have video starting about 5 minutes before the TF members arrived on stage? If my eyes have played tricks, I apologise.

Have now searched for flag yellow band information, but no joy. Even the fringe information is very conflicting.

And what on earth happens to our legal system now. Do law students know they won't be practising common law? I knew the legal system was corrupt, but the whole lot having to be dismantled - wow.
