Nice ID anon. You may have another typo in the graphic, the accident happened 5th Mar 2014. The coroners inquest finished in 2015. It also looks like the bollards went in during May 2014.

Don't know if they are from the same set but they do appear to be close. LG G2 came out September 2013. Corinthian Hotel bollards installed May 2014, not present on Q's pic. There is also the building roof from the bus stop pic - work is underway there in May 2014
