Eagle county has an extremely low population of near 55,000 in 2019 compared to the Denver metro and surrounding suburbs 3-4 million persons. Vail seems to be the starting point for cases in Colorado.

Riverside County containing Palm Springs has 107 cases which is exceeded by 9 other counties in CA. Of course LA county of Hollywood fame has 1216 cases. It's difficult to infer a trend of origination here, so far.
