Stocktwits is really scraping the bottom of the investing message board barrels. The absolute dregs of trading society. The suckers that good day traders make their money off of. Always chasing, getting caught in squeezes, pumping trash, etc.
I don't blame you for going there, I do too. It's hard not to sometimes just out of morbid curiosity. You could make good money going contrarian on what the Stocktwit masses are doing. But you can occasionally find some news there.
