It's mean to confuse the average folk, in order to allow for the crooks to get away with all the shit they do, while we are none the wiser. And, if you find yourself on the wrong side of "the law" at an extreme disadvantage, because not only do they not properly teach this shit to kids before implementing said "law" they will be tried under, the translators of said law require moneys to purchase said "defense", which several of the "lower" and even "middle class" citizens cannot afford. And that whole "one will be provided…" thing is a joke, when often the same court intending on getting an easy prosecution out of a defendant, also happens to be the party responsible for setting you up with "your" lawyer, who is looking to find the easiest plea to stick you with, often in hopes for "making a name" for one's self within the inner circle jerk of law fuckers.
So, even though I have yet to read the 800+ pages of bull shit, I can probably sum it up fairly quickly:
