Scene of Q's RED BUS photo as represented in Google Maps Street View of MAY 2014.
Note construction underway (scaffolding etc staged for demolition of building) across from the Thistle Hotel and kitty-corner to the bus stand of Q's pic. Note the ticket-sellers at bus stand. Note that traffic lights and bus sign have been altered which indicates that RED BUS photo pre-dates the MAY 2014 Street View. Demolition started in MAR 2014. Prior to that time the bus sign was replaced by city in preparation for the traffic changes due to the construction across the street.
