If Potus has sent ppe to Washington state then where is it? Why arent these nursing homes receiving masks gloves ppe equipment? Has Inslee hoarded them?

Well the nursing home hasn't gotten it yet. So where is it? If it's in the supply route or sitting in a warehouse being hoarded by that fucker Inslee?
