not at all, but part of the recent plan (maybe)
look, wikileaks infrastructure was pwned oct-nov2016 or most of it as clowns tried to temper with it… and later somewhat restored from salvaged backups (self sustained server/content).
a dms was (partly) triggered in oct2016 and (data) distribution averted thru worldwide clown ddos if i am correct. since then, we were fed some limited hangout with vault7 in 2017 … cant imagine what's next in this game, but JA's current offline status and takedown of his twatter some weeks ago seem to be part of the current game in play
maybe they try to spin the story/game a new dms will be triggered because he is "officially" offline to catch some spooks or identify some clown ddos attempts
