Not sure if that is her, but seems likely. I do think her previous threats of us all 'dying of thirst' referred to the virus they planned to release. If it was as bad as the media makes it out to be, dehydration would be a real problem.
D-Day for New York City is April 5.
"Mayor de Blasio warned Friday that the nationโs coronavirus epicenter will need outside assistance to handle the pandemic after next weekend, with city resources already stretched thin by the 26,697 confirmed cases in the five boroughs and 450 deaths.
โI think the notion that this is over by Easter is untrue," he said, adding the very suggestion was giving people false hope. โApril is going to be tougher than March, and May is going to be tougher than April.โ
And de Blasio issued a pair of stern warnings to city residents: A threat of $500 fines for people who fail to follow social distancing in city parks, and a promise to shut down any house of worship found holding services this weekend. Fines and the possible permanent shuttering of the religious buildings were possible for violators."

There is also noravirus:
"Dehydration is the main risk of norovirus because your body is losing water and salts from vomiting and diarrhoea. The first sign of dehydration is thirst."

Interesting. Makes me think back to the anthrax mailings, where they said it was 'military grade', as in, finely-milled for easier ingestion. So if they were going to release a virus by using some kind of air dispersal method, it would make sense to want to use the smallest possible.
Is it just me, or does he look a little like Hunter Biden? Kinda has that Biden sneer.
