Yep. Chester (Hawarden/Broughton) is one of the Airbus factories in the UK. Probably been for maintenance, repair or upgrade.

Fun fact: Hawarden was the Vickers-Armstrong factory in WW2 and produced Wellington bombers. It later produced Lancasters.
