Each article should be read be an anon and verified. Also check out the source and the sources the reporter is using. If the anon thinks it is notable then they should nominate it.
Otherwise we have potentially a lot of Fake news in our notables.
If no anon is interested enough to read the article and nominate then it should not be in notables.
All these articles will still be searchable in the archives regardless.
At least that's the way we used to do it…
