Normally Congress, the Courts and the President are co-equal.

 

When the President starts making emergency declarations, he in essence lifts the Executive Branch above the other 2 branches to streamline debate and decisions (protect the Nation).

 

Right now by virtue of the National Emergency, President Trump is, by law and by the design of the Constitution, ABOVE the other 2 branches for the duration of the emergency.

 

Nancy can no longer stop President Trump. He doesn't need passed bills anymore. He can allocate from the US Treasury by decree now.

 

It was over when President Trump took the oath of office.

It's simple deduction. Who has Q said can be trusted to restore our Constitutional Republic? The Military

 

Who owns the Hospital Ships currently attached to NYC and LA? The Military

 

Is there currently a Pandemic? If the answer to that is no, then why are we sending Military grade Naval Hospitals to LA and NYC?
