>Russia's Rosneft Oil Company announces termination of its activity in Venezuela

Russia moving out is big. China is in no position right now to purchase any more Venezuelan oil. Orders are already collapsing. We also don't need as many oil imports from Venezuela.

We could turn off the tap if we chose right now. Venezuela is out of options too, nobody has any more storage room for oil stockpiles.

The US comprises about half of Venezuela's economic activity, both imports and exports.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_Venezuela

They list intermediary countries (just refine the oil and pass it to other countries) such as the Dutch Antilles as nearly 10% of their exports.

We could shut down their entire economy with an embargo, if we chose to, but at great human cost.

Their entire economy, not counting narcotics, is around $70 billion GDP. For comparison think of Maine or Delaware.
