Kinda funny. I was thinking about Trumps tactics to declare a national emergency. He knows that the media will hyperventilate about anything he says or does, so he must first come out against what he wants. He wanted to take advantage of the corona virus to advance his plans. So, when the news hit with the virus, Trump acted like it was no big deal. Immediately the laser chasing media acted like death was everywhere, so Trump was like, “OK, I guess it's way more serious than I thought. I'll declare a national emergency, then.” Boom.

If he would have come out for declaring a national emergency prior to the media's reaction, the media would have shrieked with “OMG! Trump is trying to make himself King!!!”
