Maybe bankruptcy would be a way to handle the derivatives mess? I think I got that idea directly or indirectly from Jim Sinclair's site some years ago. I know less than little about such stuff however.
Just still have the feeling we will be hearing more about grand scale bankruptcy.
Strangely, I haven't heard the word derivatives mentioned lately. The problem fixed already?
