Can someone check to see if there was a prison barge at Norfolk.

My theory is that they used the Hospital to do a full check up before sending them to the prison barge…

They made the transfer at Norfolk..

Wasn't there something a while back about Norfolk being the largest or the last stop before GITMO…something like that..

I know Norfolk had a Military meaning that was posted a while back…hmmm….add those two together and you get your answer.
