In his bio, he claims to have earned an Associate Degree in 1972. That's actually the year he graduated from high school. He claims he was drafted into the Army. That didn't happen. The last draft call was for those born in 1953. He was born in 1954. I could go on and on but won't bore you.
SES is the civilian equivalent to flag rank (general and admiral) in the military. The ones I've worked with in the past were generally poor people managers. Some were pretty dumb while others were very bright. None were criminals.
There are probably some bad apples in the SES. Every profession has them. It's wrong to stereotype an entire for the actions of a small number.
