Open maps.google.com

In the search box paste the coordinates.

They accept multiple standard formats but the quotation mark would be a problem so I deleted it. (Degrees + minutes + seconds, degrees + decimal minutes, Latitude plus or minus, Latitude N or S, Longitude plus or minus, longitude E or W ... you have to tinker with it sometimes to specify the lat/long in an acceptable format ... have played with this interface a lot, kek)

So you paste in this:

-7.319500 72.422859

And magic, out pops Diego Garcia military base.
