Listened to a podcast with a writer who spoke to some C_A black ops people that were in Vietnam.
The Gov basically gave free reign to a handful of psychopaths to go in a terrorize people in all kinds of illegal ways. They butchered innocent people, made it look like North Vietnamese, went and bought and sold drugs on leave. NDA's gave anyone involved cart blanche.
Same tactics as arming ISIS and fucking with the middle east. Same treasonous psychopaths (Brennan-et al.)
