That’s how crooked the IRS code and corporate government is in deceiving Americans of the republic into thinking the are citizens. Citizens of the fake constitution are referred to as resident aliens of the United States (Corporation), whereas a non-resident alien is not. The corporation consists of federal, state, local, city, villages, school districts, judicial branches, etc and all the “laws” and regulations are statutes and not really laws. The only laws passed by congress are items applying to constitutional amendments. Everything else is a statute or regulation which they don’t write. Congress isn’t called law writers, they are called law makers. They introduce, sponsor, support, vote on these legislative items that are handed to them for passage and this is the reason so many are corrupt by outside influence of corporate/industry lobbyist.
