Earlier this week, we reported that actor Michael Rapaport had blasted First Lady Melania Trump as a “dumb animal.” Now, he is going after her 13-year-old son Barron Trump, calling for the young boy to be exposed to coronavirus.

Rapaport posted a video to social media on Wednesday night in which he told President Donald Trump to encourage his children, including Barron, to break quarantine and expose themselves to coronavirus by leaving their homes. The profanity-laced video was posted in response to Trump saying that the media wants him to keep the country shut down as long as possible to lower his chances of being reelected.

“Fing pig — the real people want to get back to work ASAP? You never worked a day in your life,” Rapaport said. “You’re worried about the next four years? You need to be worried about the next four days, motherfer. You need to be worried about the next four weeks — the next four months, you motherfer. You are the worst possible motherfer in power we could have, making decisions right now.”

“Why don’t you send your fing son, dick stain Donald Trump Jr., big-toothed Eric Trump, little fing Barron, fing Ivanka, junkyard Jared… let them go out there and test the fing waters,” he said. “Let them see if sh*t is sweet. Let them take the cars, the trains, the buses, the Amtrak, let them play in the park. And if everything’s good after five days of them playing in the streets, we’ll all go back to .”

TORONTO (AP) — Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s wife said Saturday that she has recovered from being ill from COVID-19 disease caused by the new coronavirus.

“I am feeling so much better,” Sophie Gregoire Trudeau said in a statement on social media. She said she received the clearance from her doctor and Ottawa Public Health.

Trudeau’s office announced on March 12 that she had tested positive for the coronavirus after she fell ill upon returning from a trip to London.

The prime minister and his family have been in self isolation at home since then. He and their three children didn’t show symptoms.

Justin Trudeau has been giving daily news conferences outside his residence. He said earlier Saturday that his wife was in in fine form.

“From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to everyone who reached out to me with their well wishes. And to everyone who is suffering right now, I send you all my love,” she said.

The prime minister suggested Saturday that he would continue to work from home to set an example for Canadians who are being asked to stay at home.

Ontario, Canada’s most populous province, meanwhile, said Saturday that it is prohibiting gatherings of five people or more. The order was effective immediately and replaced one that prohibited public events of over 50 people. It does not apply to households with five or more people, and funerals will be permitted with up to 10 people at one time.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford said if the virus is to be stopped, extraordinary measures are needed to ensure physical distancing. The province has already closed all nonessential services.

Quebec announced police checkpoints in eight regions outside the province’s major cities where the population is deemed more at risk. Quebec Deputy Premier Genevieve Guilbault said that only essential travel will be allowed in those areas and that provincial police have also set up checkpoints near the Canada-U.S. border to intercept snowbirds coming back to Quebec to ensure they understand there is a 14-day quarantine.

Canada has more than 5,616 confirmed coronavirus cases, including 61 deaths. About 445 people have recovered.

Just one hospital in Italy has confirmed Chinese coronavirus infections in 310 healthcare workers, a report revealed on Friday.

Authorities revealed the deaths of five more doctors nationwide on Friday, bringing the nation’s overall coronavirus death toll among healthcare professionals to 46.

To date, 310 doctors and nurses are infected with the coronavirus at the Civile di Brescia hospital in Brescia, Italy, with ten of the cases considered to be “serious,” according to a report by La Repubblica.

All employees of the Civil Hospitals in Italy will have their temperature taken before entering the hospital, beginning on Friday morning, as directed by the general manager, Gianmarco Trivelli. Employees who have a fever will be sent home.

“I am worried, but compared to other hospitals, we can manage,” said Trivelli. “We immediately chose to close the internal canteen to reduce contacts.”

The report added that out of the hospitals 6,700 employees, the number of hospital staff infected with the virus represents six percent of its employees.

Meanwhile, five more doctors have died in Italy from the Wuhan coronavirus, bringing the nation’s overall death toll among healthcare workers to a total of 46, reports La Repubblica, which added that 6,414 healthcare workers are currently infected in Italy.

This means that of the confirmed coronavirus cases in Italy, one in ten of them are healthcare professionals.

Last week, a 57-year-old Italian doctor working without gloves due to a shortage at his hospital died of the virus.

“They’ve run out,” said the doctor of the glove shortage in one of his last interviews with the media before he succumbed to the Chinese virus.

On Friday, Italy hit its highest daily coronavirus death toll yet, as 969 people have died in the last 24 hours alone, bringing the nation’s overall death toll to 9,134 – an increase of 11.9 percent in one day.
