The second article basically lists the drugs produced in China which in many ways are essential to the US.

 

But neither go into the real problem which must be addressed prior to bringing back all sorts of manufacturing and that is ……..

 

MASSIVE TORT REFORM in the USA.

 

By accomplishing that first it solves two major problems.

 

  1. It limits lawsuits and hopefully the way the reform is written it puts individuals and lawyers on the hook for reimbursement of fees for cases brought by ambulance chasers.

 

  1. It ends another arm of the Demoncratic funding source the trial layers who have laws written for them so they can then bring suits and then kick back moneys to the Demoncratic party.

 

After tort reform is accomplished the you will see lots of companies building products and bringing back production to the USA.

It would have been cheaper to take out the lawyers and the defendants bringing this case with EXTREME PREJUDICE.

 

How about Medical fake lawsuits??????

 

Think about this for a second….you abuse your bady for say 20 years and end up at a doctors door and he can't put you back together like before you trashed yourself. So you sue because he can't fix 20 or 30 years of your own damage.
