Ok…Here is my theory…
Twitter's banner is also a Flag of sorts…Banner=Flag.
Capture Deep State…A.K.A = Capture the Flag.
As they capture each Corrupt Deep Stater…they change the flag to blank banner as a signal that they have been captured to the rest of the team!!
Ya…I know…crazy right???
