Some people say you need darkness to experience Light, but bear with me for a second please - what if you - and this is only hypothetical of course - what if you needed LIGHT to experience and know LIGHT? You attract what you radiate because God is infinite in his service to YOU.
It's more like putting Light on the playing fields of Existence. There is no need to pervert something to experience the glory of Light. There is a school of thought that says Evil is but an anomaly and that we are resolving it to help Creation understand it.
I don't know for sure, all I know is that God is REALLY great to rely on for all times forever regardless of the situation.
