Thanks anons. Some scary answers. Some not so scary. But it's a big, inconvenient and expensive deal to relocate (lock down) top pentagon officials (and their families?). Maybe part (only part) of this is flushing out/monitoring/isolating bad actors in the military. My fam is military. Dad said military showed him govt corruption at lower levels (long story but dad is 88 now).
