India, a country of 1.3+ billion people, has a coronavirus death toll that stands at 29, and confirmed cases of 1,071. Recovery rate is almost 10% and counting. What's the difference in India vs. other countries?

India is the 2nd most densely populated area. Even a few people bringing the virus into the country would have resulted in a tremendous number of deaths, if the factors were the same as in other countries.
