Attached is an early rough draft of a whitepaper I am working on

detailing the China threat. I would like some perspective on it. As

is, it's pretty in-your-face about China. Questions float around

softening it, or whether this is exactly what the industry needs to

hear right now, etc. Also, is the information too hard to prove

given that it's all OSINT drawn from innumerable unreferenced

sources (almost too many with too much source-fusion to apply a

reference on every little nit detail).
