Flynn on RT "Willful decision to do what they are doing" (Hussein/[DS])

FYI, [knowingly] is synonymous with willfully.

See as example https://www.justice.gov/archives/jm/criminal-resource-manual-910-knowingly-and-willfully

Anons, been playing with a theory hereโ€ฆdates seem to line up but lots of info still unknown, so this is of course speculative. Theory revolves around the fact that QR is closely monitored by [THEM]. What better place to run a psyop? Without further ado, here goes:

  1. With COVID-19, it is a theory here that the virus is a bioweapon that has been doctored to be ineffective (and possibly 2 or more strains, one of which is less virulent but fatal). The cabal undoubtedly released it, but how did they miss the fact that it had been doctored?

  1. Anons reviewed the death of Dr. Timothy Cunningham at the CDC following his disappearance in February 2018. Cunningham was a CDC scientist who worked on the Ebola and Zika outbreaks and was intel trained. It's possible that he was working on a ratline (imo probably a false one in order to mislead the whitehats) concerning biowarfare plans. Keep in mind that his body wasn't found b/c the ATL underwater search team stopped searching the river just before they reached the location where his body was discovered - how convenient and juicy a fact for us to focus onโ€ฆ

  1. Whitehats got his research and followed up, culminating with the helo landings by SOF and the video of operators in biowarfare suits carrying shit out of a cabal office building under cover of urban warfare training. That happened in LA in February 2019. The videos were much discussed here.

Culmination - if the cabal set up a false narrative to mislead the investigation, what better way to "confirm" it by killing the CDC doc suspiciously? White hats pretend to take the bait by running down his info, leading to the LA op.

>All of this happened in plain sight.

In the meantime, hidden hands followed up on the real thing and did the work necessary to minimize the risk and let the cabal go forward with a plan that was devised to blow up in their faces.

Conclusion: White hat operators are deep inside the cabal scheme, they can no longer trust their own associates

Yep.

Agree it wasn't created in China. The Chins don't have an ounce of invention in them, they steal the knowledge of every item they've ever created. I'm in agreement it passed thru Canada but pretty sure most of the bioweapon engineering was done at UNC. That's where they married up Coronavirus to SARS.

>How da whitehats got it and altered it, I've no idea.

But I'd bet the lab shutdown at Ft Detrick had something to do with it.

USNS Comfort has a top speed of about 20 mph (17kts). It's a converted tanker.

Also, it's a big-ass ship with a deep keel (33 ft draft). Take a look at nautical charts of the east coast of the US and what you will find is that the Atlantic Ocean is pretty shallow close in to the coast. Add in to that the fact that the depth of ocean bottom actually varies due to both the tides and wave action. Low tide = less deep. When a wave comes by, crest = higher and trough = lower.

I used to drive gray ships for a living. They go out east a good ways, then turn north, and will follow channel routes all the way in. Besides that, just navigating in/out of port and docking takes a considerable period of time.

What, did you think they were just gonna hop in, turn the key and cruise up to NYC on I-95 at 75mph?

Yeah, they didn't max out the engines - but after sitting so long in port, I wouldn't have tried running flat out, either. Why run the risk? 12 mph is good enough when you've already ditched 4 weeks worth of repairs to get back in action.

Call me when you actually have a clue. It's approx 350 miles in a straight line. As you can see (if you'd extract your head from your ass so you can use your eyes)โ€ฆ

  1. Comfort didn't take a straight line route. It can't.

  2. Read what I wrote. Incorporate into your thinking (once you actually start thinking).

  3. Also, taking that ship out to sea is being done without some scheduled repairs being made. They are not going to run it flat out - that causes shit to break after sitting for a long period of time. Not 20 mph - more like 12.

  4. Also, there are things that must be done to navigate safely.

The "Q" everyone has been talking about was a maneuver known as "swinging the compass" which is done when a ship puts to sea after a long period of time in port. The magnetic variance changes over time/location and the safe navigation of the ship requires magnetic compass. It's an important backup in case electronics fail and it also provides inputs into other systems on the ship. The swing compass circle is a calibration of the magnetic compass.

Lots of shit has to happen to safely sail that vessel that you landlocked assholes do not know (and it's probable you're a fucking New Yorker judging from the complete ignorant arrogance).
