open inexpensive govt land for settlement, issue free land to Patriots (homestead of min 1 acre) have homesteaders pay for cost of infrastructure such as sewer, water, etc. Housing would then cost under $100 per sq. foot for new construction (1 or 2% mortgages)and a huge affordable boom is created.

Potus can work with companies to locate factories and production in centralized areas so people do not have to travel to cities to work. We need to be self sufficiant and make everything in the USA!

Small communities enable locals to manage and control local govts and ensure things are run for the people by the People!

New roads, bridges and infrastructure is aided by need for more due to this plan, and supported by new, but low taxes. Jibs, Jobs, Jobs are created and we get back to what America should be.

We allow our success to attract city dwellers who will make the move, also and we ensure the Ds do not refill cities with welfare recipients and illegals, we starve them.
