I am unsure whether or not coronavirus is real. It wouldn't be that hard to stage the whole thing.
Coronavirus might just be another version of the flu. Or the testing is meant to give false positives for people with the flu and sometimes with nothing at all.
But seeing how many big names are getting the virus and some dying from it, I think it is being offered as a choice. Similar to that for No Name.
Choice one - execution, claim coronavirus and save yourself from the embarrassment and wrath of the people
Choice two - claim coronavirus as the reason for your detention, but it will eventually be known that you are under arrest and you will take your chances with the military tribunals.
We make this choice available to save the country money. It will be expensive to have nuremberg trials 2.0.
