When the Panic Becomes Policy, Wisdom Must Step In
When set in motion, panic does not care what is in the way of its mad flight. All must be sacrificed—economy, society, and even worship—in the name of irrational fear. Moreover, it proves difficult to stop. What is missing in our reaction to the coronavirus pandemic is wisdom.
In the face of the coronavirus crisis that is paralyzing the nation, there need to be policies in place to lead the nation back to health.
Perhaps the first policy should be that the media should not be policymakers. With this first measure in place, the rest would certainly be much easier.
A case in point was the recent op-ed of The Wall Street Journal writer Peggy Noonan. Her editorial decried the present measures as inadequate and stressed the need to stretch the imagination of what could possibly happen. She says the advice, “don’t panic,” is misdirected. There is a need to panic as a means of exploring all the possible threats that could be out there. America must be prepared for everything—even the unimaginable. Afterward, she concedes, officials can moderate overzealous actions caused by the panic, to return to more reasonable levels of caution.

State Rep. Isaac Robinson dies of suspected COVID-19 infection
(WXYZ) — State Rep. Isaac Robinson has died, the Michigan House of Representatives confirmed to 7 Action News.
Robinson, a Democrat, represented Michigan's 4th district, which included Hamtramck and parts of Detroit.
His mother, former Rep. Mary Rose Robinson, tells 7 Action News that Robinson went to the hospital on Sunday morning experiencing trouble breathing the last couple of days, and died later in the day.

New evidence confirms FBI is lying again after a former Assistant US Attorney claims under oath that the FBI did examine Seth Rich’s computer.
Previously we reported that after getting caught lying to the Courts and claiming there were no documents related to Seth Rich, emails between FBI Deep State lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were uncovered by Judicial Watch with the title “Seth Rich” .
Next the FBI claimed the Strzok-Page emails were redacted to protect the investigation they claim never happened.

Large-scale heroin shipments from the Middle East: 2.4 tonnes of heroin seized and two high value criminal targets arrested
A multinational joint operation dismantled a Turkish organised crime group operating across several countries and involved in large heroin shipments to Europe
Police in the Netherlands, Poland and Turkey carried out the transnational joint investigation Operation Horizoncity in the beginning of March. Europol coordinated and supported the investigations over the last two years. In addition, Belgium and Germany cooperated actively. Operation Horizoncity aimed at unprecedented large-scale heroin shipments from the Middle East and big amounts of cocaine coming from Latin America.
During the investigations and action day more than 2.4 tonnes of heroin was seized. The majority of the heroin consignments were heading to the Netherlands and destined for the European illegal heroin market. The Turkish Organised Crime Group and their criminal logistic infrastructure and facilitators were dismantled. In total 13 criminals were arrested in the Netherlands, Poland, Turkey and Belgium, including two high value criminal targets. The heroin was hidden in food, in construction materials, compartments for goods in trucks and maritime containers.
