Netanyahu and staff entering self-quarantine as precaution after aide infected

 

As a precaution, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his advisers are voluntarily entering quarantine until Health Ministry officials finish their epidemiological investigation into whether he was exposed to the coronavirus, his office says.

Terrorist opens fire at Israeli security forces Shoefat refugee camp

At least one Palestinian terrorist fired at an Israeli security force comprised of Police and Border Police forces on Monday at the Shoefat refugee camp.

There were no injuries reported as one suspect was arrested.

Rabbi Josef Neumann, who was critically injured from a machete attack at a Chanukah party in Monsey, Rockland County, NY, died on Sunday at age 72.

 

On Saturday night, December 28, 2019, the seventh night of Chanukah, a masked African-American man wielding a machete invaded the home of Rabbi Chaim Rottenberg in Monsey, and began stabbing the rabbi’s guests. Five people were wounded, two were in critical condition. The guests threw chairs and a table at the assailant, who fled the scene.

AMAZON staff at a warehouse in New York will stage a walkout today after up to seven workers were struck down by deadly coronavirus.

 

Between 50 and 200 workers will take part in the protest at the facility in Staten Island with one employee branding the company’s sites “breeding grounds for this pandemic.”

Finance minister vows ‘we won’t let the economy collapse’

 

Netanyahu says the government has approved a NIS 80 billion economic aid passage due to the coronavirus crisis.

 

“With the help of God, we’ll overcome the coronavirus,” he says.

 

Speaking after Netanyahu, Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon says he believes that economic activity will gradually resume after the Passover holiday.

 

“We won’t let the economy collapse,” he says
