What happened to the right of the people peaceably to assemble?
This is turning into some BULLSHIT.

>canโt pack a room during a pandemic.
I'm aware of the arguments for fire in a crowded theater. But packing a room, a church no less, during a pandemic being illegal is soooooooo against the constituion. Let's review:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.โ
1) He was exercising his religion.
2) He was practicing peaceful assembly.
Pandemic, war, or aliens, I don't give a fuck. We have the right to pray how we want, and assemble peacefully.
> Large gatherings in a room during a pandemic is a danger to a whole community. Think, anon. Think.
I begrudgingly see the legal argument to your point, but still I am opposed.
