For any anons struggling with making their mortgage/car payments because of muh corona and being laid off, I highly suggest calling your lender. I called mine last week and they said no problem, 1 month on the mortgage and 3 months on the car payments. I was supposed to receive a confirmation on the mortgage in the mail, but I didn't so I called again today and they said it's because they just changed the program to 3 months. I don't have a federally backed lender either. I don't think lenders are advertising this, you have to call and ask. I hope that helps.
