If the theory that we are all infected is accurate, and those like Pelosi are wanting everyone tested, what would that have looked like under the planned Clinton administration? I'm thinking it would have been the ideal way to initiate a 'forced relocation', one of the goals of Agenda 21. Everyone testing positive would be moved to cities in their designated FEMA Zone. People who had been critical of those like Clinton, 'dissenters', would have been easily separated and detained elsewhere. Coincidentally, 'The Running Man' movie takes place in 2019, 'Soylent Green' in 2022.
