You don't realize how far the intel agencies have gone in leveraging people with autism, sometimes even quite severe autism. The condition gives these people superhuman ability to focus their brainpower, and consequently, they can do superhuman things in solving problems.
Similarly, in London, UK, the Met uses autistic super recognizers to find people on their CCTV system. These are antisocial wierdos that are otherwise unemployable, but a detective will show them a CCTV fuzzy photo of a crime suspect and they will scan recordings of footage in an area where they suspect the person is located, and the autist will find them. No computer image recognition can do as well as the autistic people.
It's possible that the main player in the Q group is such a person. Maybe even the original Anonymous.
