The site has a history of going down on clearnet but staying accessible through tor. When you access the site through tor you can not post images, such as the /qresearch/ Iwo Jima Marines you see at the top of every bread.
But you can still post youtube videos. That particular video when linked produces the image you are seeing in my post.
