Maybe the flashing red lights on Empire State Building means troops are currently at work…much like when a police car has the red lights on…be aware type of thing…in process, stay alert…much more important then a flashing yellow light.
The sat launched last week is going to be the only source of communication and only used for the teams….everything else will be down…
