they loot all the patents that the other businesses and startups may have accidentally acquired, and all the ideas and methods (code, designs, blueprints, manufacturing, if any).
final thing: once they control the business they lobby for low paid workers to come and replace everyone there. They want a process that they can run that the ones doing the work only know their small part.
final thing: they get an ineffectually worth-less cousin type (who usually has daddy-issues, and hits on the staff, and a weight and cocaine problem) to be a middle manager who gate-keeps and demands a part of all patents.
this is merely an outline of the way that I have observed how real bussinesses operated during the last 40 years or so.

based upon a dig I did two years ago: the summer camp was for all of that ethnicity. they could get a scholarship and go out to the woods and participate in the love fest that is shown on the website. but they have off season seminars for the older students. And I found this by doing a dig on . . . . well I don't really want to publish the dig.

I didn't see anything loike that in my dig or I would have forwarded it to the correct people who would handle it. What I found was a link between a lot of Marxists activasts from a group of summer camps and the 'off season' programs for older kids who 'graduated' from them and are too old to go there as a camper. Might be councilors. I saw no sex going on.
