There's no question that infrastructure was sadly neglected (on purpose, to weaken America) by past administrations.

Bridges, highways, water systems (Flint! etc.), waste water, parks, trash disposal, recycling, airports, trains, subways, mass transit, electric distribution, power plants, stadiums, telecomms, dams, ports, waterways, parking, etc. All in need of repair, maintenance, structural improvements, new construction to change the ways that Americans and items of commerce travel.
