Fiber optic cables can be run underground for high-speed internet as the infrastructure is rebuilt. Even standard power lines can be underground like it is in many other places in the world, though if, as I project, POTUS is about to unveil new technologies and energy sources, adapters, receivers or other gadgets/devices can be installed along the way, as well, without most on the project even knowing what it is for.
How exciting is it to look at what POTUS is saying, attempt to understand it, then see that happen? Sometimes it feels like being Cassandra, but eventually others see it, too.

I posted something about what POTUS is doing and how it will position us well after this quarantine ends and said that I think POTUS is a forward-thinking guy. The POTUS said exactly that about himself in the CV presser.
