The former is hard to imagine being pulled off-ending well, the latter me thinks is workable and would foster what was a notable recently where an anon pointed out this social distancing as being positive for the PLAN as people are forced to interact hear and learn from and lean on eachother more than ever.
Losing the Net would intensify this back to basics back to reality-check/kick in the crotch that so many need just so they can realize life goes on without being hooked into the juice the feed the [web]… Thus intensifying the mental reset where folks realize they do exist outside of their online persona and culturally imposed labels
