Got an EAS alert this morning at 10:58am (CST)

IMMINENT SEVERE THREAT

State needs licenced healthcare workers to sign-up at (link to neighboring state website) to fight COVID-19.

Heard the EAS Tone and I got excited.

But I thought it was odd to send it for a neighboring state.
