It just occurred to me that this might be a way to bankrupt the healthcare. People aren't going to the hospitals. All non-essential services are suspended. Using ships in big cities to care for non-covid patients. Hospitals have to be suffering a financial crunch from no business. We've seen that a lot of covid patients are told to go home and self isolate so they aren't getting that business either. They can't gouge patients because covid care is being taken care of by the government.
