I've thought about the ERs being empty. One possible explanation is that they shouldn't have been nearly as full as they were before the lock-downs.
What's the population of illegals? What if they're being paid to go to ERs and get services just to milk the Federal Gov't.?
I can't think of a good reason the ERs would be empty right now. People should still be getting sick in non-Covid19 ways at some noticeable rate. But the ERs are noticeably empty.
