Those plots in AZ at 2:00 are not from the Idaho EQ. All those AZ stations show a dark defined line. Sometimes done to calibrate or maybe an anomoly, all stations recorded the exact info simultaneously.

No shaking over time, with decaying strength that one would expect to see.
