still pulled the trigger on an American citizen that was not at the time engaged in a criminal act and was not threatening the sniper in any way tho didn't he
didn't I hear something about the accused being entitled to a trial 1st?

thanks for the added info
but it still does not change the fact that the sniper while on American soil pulled the trigger on a fellow American citizen who was NOT at the time engaged in unlawful activities
the asshole could see what Ruby was doing
I don't give a damn what information the sniper was given
I was just following orders…
is not a defense against illegal orders
>How the hell was he to know they were innocent civilians
don't matter
did he see them shoot at any one?
was he shot at?
if the answer is no then you've heard my thoughts on the subject
standing on American soil and pulling the trigger on a citizen standing on his own front porch who was not an active threat at that time…
negligent homicide at the least
murder isn't out of the question
I like the good cops
I've seen too many bad cops
any that would have pulled the trigger in the circumstances described are unfit to be cops
