had that begin last year, learned how to reverse heart damage, kept on the routine and it went away.
first do breathing exercises anytime you feel it, get lots of o2 in you. and learn to drop your blood pressure and heart rate this way.
then fix your diet, no more cheese, ( i know it sucks, i loved cheese) no more dairy.
no more meat, except fish, particularly salmon or tuna, eat lots of salmon.
get more exercise, everyday.
try and get better with your patience about not letting BS in any given day piss you off, it does lots of damage to the heart, there is a reason why laid back people live to such older age, and emotional or angry people die young often of heart attacks…
and cut out anything with added sugar.
do all this and reverse heart damage,
or fuck off on it as most do when they get diet advice, and die young,
your choice, your life.
