If anon you speak of is right, I can see how Q would also send us to (C)oats, as they couldn’t have the dark hats thinking they would be releasing the children before declass. Not helpful. If other anon is right, it’s also not helpful for them to know their (C)oronavirus plan has been co-opted before declass. Many meanings exist and all should be discussed to find possible clues.
