Granted, beyond "there's a difference between Zionists and Jews", there's a difference between Jews and Hebrews… which makes you wonder… which is the original and who's Der Juden?
1.“Jewish” is a word used to refer to everything that relates to the culture and religion of the Jews while “Hebrew” is also used to refer to the Jewish people or the Israelites but is also the name for their language.
2.“Jewish” has a more religious connotation while “Hebrew” does not.
3.Today, Israelites are more often referred to as Jewish rather than Hebrews which was the term used before the conquest of Canaan.
4.The word “Jewish” comes from the word “Jew” which comes from the Latin word “Judaeus” meaning “from the land of Judea”; also from the Hebrew word “Yehudi” which is the term used to refer to a member of the tribe of Judah, the fourth son of Jacob while the word “Hebrew” comes from the Latin word “Hebraeus” and the Hebrew word “‘ibri” which was derived from “‘eber,” an ancestor of Abraham.

Not physically down, genetically!
So… reeeeeally what's being said:
"Follow a star to Josh the Magic Jew, who was from a line of Magic Jews" was a 70 comet… so that story was in a sense the Christian record of the astrological event.
The Chinese prophecy (Ren Wu) is pretty neat, but contextually they could have bee describing an up and coming emperor or birth of a Prince, which would need to be looked into, terminology parallels aside.
For starters…
The wiki when you look up Emperor Guangwu has these section titles:
Independence from Gengshi Emperor
Campaign to unify the empire
Which is leading me to think that that's what is being referred to with the "sins of all man are now on one dude's shoulders" line. On the shoulders of the guy in charge of a unified China.
